The Naklo County Starosta announces to the public that it intends to sell by way of an unlimited oral auction a property owned by the State Treasury. I. Designation and area of the property: From the resources of properties owned by the State Treasury, the following is intended for sale: - property located in Naklo nad Notecia at Sadowa Street, marked in the land and buildings register as plots no: 2443/22, 2443/28 and 2443/29 with a total area of 0.5481 ha, for which the District Court in Naklo nad Notecia - IV Land and Mortgage Register Department maintains land and mortgage register no BY1N/00001493/8, - share amounting to 3960/8189 parts in the right of perpetual usufruct of the land property located in Naklo nad Notecia at Sadowa Street, marked in the land and buildings register as plot no 2443/23 with an area of 0.0639 ha, for which the District Court in Naklo nad Notecia - IV Land and Mortgage Register Department maintains land and mortgage register no BY1N/00020013/9, - share amounting to 1521/10326 parts in the right of perpetual usufruct of the land property located in Naklo nad Notecia at Sadowa Street, marked in the land and buildings register as plot no 2443/31 with an area of 0.0888 ha, for which the District Court in Naklo nad Notecia - IV Land and Mortgage Register Department maintains land and mortgage register no BY1N/00020011/5, - share amounting to 5481/17917 parts in the right of perpetual usufruct of the land property located in Naklo nad Notecia at Sadowa Street, marked in the land and buildings register as plot no 2443/35 with an area of 0.0271 ha, for which the District Court in Naklo nad Notecia - IV Land and Mortgage Register Department maintains land and mortgage register no BY1N/00019883/8. II. Starting price: The starting price of the property along with shares in the right of perpetual usufruct of the properties - plots constituting roads, amounts to a total of 2,440,000.00 PLN (in words: two million four hundred forty thousand zlotys), including the price of the property constituting plots no: 2443/22, 2443/28 and 2443/29 amounts to 2,400,000.00 PLN, while the price of the State Treasury's shares in the right of perpetual usufruct of plots no: 2443/23, 2443/31 and 2443/35 amounts to 40,000.00 PLN. The sale of the property constituting plots no: 2443/22, 2443/28 and 2443/29 will be subject to a 23% VAT rate, while the sale of shares will be exempt from VAT. III. Date and place of the auction: The auction will take place on August 26, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the District Office in Naklo nad Notecia at Gen. Henryka Dabrowskiego Street 54, room no 16. IV. Amount of the deposit: The deposit amounts to 250,000.00 PLN (in words: two hundred fifty thousand zlotys). V. Information on the place of posting and publication of the auction announcement: The auction announcement was posted on the notice board at the headquarters of the Department of Geodesy and Real Estate Management of the District Office in Naklo nad Notecia at Ks.
