ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE FIRST AUCTION The Head of the Second Tax Office in Kielce, acting on the basis of Article 110w § 5a of the Act of June 17, 1966 on enforcement proceedings in administration (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2025, item 132 as amended) announces that at the headquarters of the Second Tax Office in Kielce, at Częstochowska Street 20, room 102 (1st floor), on August 25, 2025, at 11:00 AM, the first auction of the property constituting a share (1/2) in undeveloped land, plot 194/7 located at: Kielce, Janowska Street, precinct 0018, for which the District Court in Kielce VI Land and Mortgage Register Department keeps land and mortgage register no. KI1L/00120477/8. The area of the plot is 0.1025 ha. The estimated value of the share is 94,000.00 PLN. The starting price at which the share in the property can be purchased at the first auction is 75% of the estimated value of the property, i.e. 70,500.00 PLN. The condition for participating in the auction is the payment of a deposit. The amount of the deposit that the bidder participating in the auction should submit is 1/10 of the estimated value of the property, i.e. 9,400.00 PLN. The deposit must be paid to the account of the enforcement authority. The deposit is considered paid if the payment is credited to the account no later than the day before the auction.
