• Circuit breaker panels, surface-mounted residential boxes, located in the boiler/laundry room on the ground floor. • In the residential panel, separate protections for circuits according to applicable regulations.
• In the garage, installations gn. 230V-AC and power 3x400V-AC finished with sockets allowing, among others, connection of 1 and 3 phase car chargers.
• Individual energy measurement. Installation of the meter after signing a contract with the energy supplier by the Buyer.
Photovoltaic installation
• For the photovoltaic installation, a 2xfi40mm pipe has been prepared for conducting direct current and control circuits from the direct current distribution board (TDC) on the roof of the building to the inverter in the garage and an electrical circuit from the residential panel (TM) to the installation distribution board (PV) in the garage.
• Delivery and installation of cables, panels, inverter, electrical distribution boards are the responsibility of the Buyer.
• The maximum power that can be obtained from the installed photovoltaic panels for one segment cannot exceed the connection power value (14kW). • Technical zones are planned on the roof area for possible installation use
