Green terraces on the top floor are not only an ecological element but also an aesthetic one, creating a pleasant environment and emphasizing the sustainable nature of the project.

Additionally, the building is equipped with a modern heat pump that will be used for both heating in winter and cooling in summer. This solution allows for effective energy management and provides thermal comfort throughout the year, while also fitting into the concept of sustainable development and reducing carbon dioxide emissions.

The shapes of the buildings have been divided into segments, giving the structure an interesting rhythm and dynamics. The shifts in the shapes make the facades gain three-dimensional depth, attracting attention and giving the buildings a modern character.

The aesthetics of the buildings lie in the details. Wooden and steel panels, used as decorative elements, give the facades subtlety and modernity. These details are an integral part of the project, combining functionality with aesthetics. Glass railings are not only a safety element but also a design feature. Transparent railings introduce lightness and elegance to the facade while allowing full enjoyment of the surroundings.

The color scheme of the facades has been carefully selected to harmonize with the surroundings and emphasize the uniqueness of the project. The colors used give the buildings a refined appearance, highlighting their aesthetic character.

The entire project is the result of careful balance between form and function. Every architectural element, from the structure of the building to the facade details, has been precisely designed to create a harmonious whole. Like most of our investments, the building complex has been planned not only with attention to aesthetic values but primarily with a special emphasis on energy values, which are so important in modern design using ecological energy sources.

Heat pumps will be installed for effective heating of rooms and heating water.
