The property was renovated in 2022 along with the revitalization of the surroundings.
The guesthouse is surrounded by a forest, and the area consists of two plots with a total area of 2,676 m2.
An additional advantage is that there is a local plan in place allowing for the construction of a building of at least the same dimensions.

The usable area of the building is 358 m2.

The construction of the entire facility was completed in 2001. The roof has been insulated and covered with sheet metal. Triple-glazed windows have been installed, new wooden, anti-burglary.
