Residential building with a partial attic built between 1906-1914 with later expansion during the interwar period. Located at the intersection of Sobieski and Lelewela streets. The object resembles a small suburban manor based on a rectangular plan with a small front risalit defined by a porch from the street and garden side. The location of the object is a relic of the spatial layout created during the parceling of this area at the beginning of the 20th century. The building is made of brick, partially basement in the southern part with a beam ceiling over the basements. The external plaster is cement-lime. Window frames and cornices are made in drawn works. The corners of the building are emphasized by pilasters. The rich carpentry decor features a front porch whose gables are adorned with wooden rosettes with plant motifs. The gable roof on the main building merges with the gable roof covering the side wing from the yard. The roof structure is purlin-rafter with struts and a wall plate resting on a knee wall. In the gables of the building, the roof truss protrudes beyond the face of the brick wall, emphasizing its character with carpentry-finished ends of the wall plates and edge rafters tied in the upper part with a rafter lifting a vertical wooden element topped with a decorative finial extending above the ridge of the roof. The roof covering is made of onduline sheets, brick chimneys, plastered. In the rooms, the floors are wooden - made of boards on beams.
Currently, on the ground floor at the front, there are medical offices and rooms from a former pharmacy. From the yard side, on one side is the residential part, and from the pharmacy side, there is a dental X-ray office. On the first floor, there are separate apartments.
