Historic tenement building (former Hotel Kaiserhof built by Robert Klatt, later Hotel Polonia located in Dzierzoniow at Sienkiewicza 4, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, Dzierzoniow County). The property is listed in the register of monuments under number A/4121/1312/WL. Built in 1908. The building has a total area of approximately 2,400 m2 + additional buildings (garage and utility buildings with an area of 153 m2) situated on a plot of 1809 m2. The building is brick, plastered, and has a basement, 5-story with a multi-pitched roof. Inside there are 2 staircases - possibility of installing an elevator. The tenement is a unique architectural element of the city's landscape and is a very important historical object listed in the register of monuments - exemption from tax. The plots are not covered by the conservation protection zone. Interesting architecture of the building with decorative elements (garlands, friezes, vases with fruits, and figurative sculptures as well as numerous projections and bay windows) and its location on the banks of the Pilawa River, where there is a restored, beautiful bridge that is a tourist attraction, emphasizes its uniqueness. The location by the river allows for the establishment of summer gardens and the possibility of consumption while admiring the surroundings.
