d) in the bathroom a washing machine, heated floor, bidet,

e) in the summer kitchen a second washing machine, large refrigerator and freezer, gas stove

Everything is fully functional.

Throughout the house, there is LED lighting. The house is equipped with automation and electronics:

- a modern alarm system connected to a monitoring company,

- 6 rotating IP cameras with digital ZOOM self-tracking connected to a recorder and application,

- automatic entrance gate controlled,

- independent water deep well pump (at 25 m) with distributed fronts of taps around the lawn of the property, throughout the plot (drinking water from the municipal network)

- own tank for liquid gas 2400 l, as heating is gas (consumption 1500l/year).

Additionally, on the property, there is an insulated garage of 30 m²; a wood shelter, a pen (6x3 m) with a dog house and automatic drinking bowl, a shelter for bicycles and handy equipment.
