The subject of the auction will be a land property located in the village of Wisniowa, gm. Wisniowa, Strzyzow County. The property includes a land plot with registration number 1110/3, with an area of 0.0914 ha, built with a residential building constructed in the 1960s, two-story, with a basement, with a four-pitched roof covered with trapezoidal sheet metal, unfinished, with usable area of 156.5 m2, a residential building built in the 1960s, two-story, unfinished, with usable area of 57.8 m2. The plot is irregularly shaped, compact, resembling a trapezoid (length approx. 35 m and width approx. 30 m), located on flat terrain, fenced (wire mesh on metal and wooden posts), without a driveway, along a provincial road, equipped with an electrical network, gas network, water from the municipal water supply, sanitary sewage, located in the central part of the municipality. To the north, it borders the provincial road, to the east and south with plots built with residential buildings and to the west with a property built with a commercial building (grocery store).
