ownership of the real estate land constituting plot number 2.164 with an area of 0.5100 ha built with a single-family residential building with a usable area of 180.77 m2 and a utility building, located in the village of Zborow at Solecka Street 91, Solec-Zdroj commune, in Busko county, Swietokrzyskie voivodeship, for which the District Court in Busko-Zdroj maintains land and mortgage register KI1B/00021496/3, for the highest price offered, not lower than 199,066.50 PLN, in words (one hundred ninety-nine thousand sixty-six zlotys and fifty groszy) constituting 50% of the estimated price.

The condition for participation in the tender is to submit a written offer along with the required documents and to pay a deposit. Interested parties should submit offers in Polish by 03.09.2025 (date of receipt) to the address of the trustee's office: Trustee Marta Tutaj, Silniczna Street 5/10, 25-515 Kielce in a sealed envelope, on which the note "DO NOT OPEN - Offer reference number KI1B/00021496/3" should be placed and the bidder's details indicated.
