These are two independent apartments, accommodating a total of 8 or 4 people. The beach is 400 m away via the street leading to beach access number 16. The remnants of the Pomeranian beech forest are protected (there are trees over two hundred years old with a trunk circumference reaching 3 m) on a high cliff edge. At the cliff and the reserve boundary - next to trees recognized as natural monuments, it descends to the sea along a ravine called Lebski Zleb, then runs along the sea shore on a concrete belt. Wooden steps lead up, after which stone steps return to the sea. From here, a stony shore leads towards Jastrzebia Gora and the first exit through Lisi Jar reaches the obelisk erected in 1928 by Count Rossetti, commemorating the adventure of Sigismund III Vasa (in 1598, a ship of the king crashed in the vicinity of Lisi Jar). Lisi Jar is an erosional cut between Rozewie and Jastrzebia Gora, 50 meters deep with steep slopes covered with beech forest. Among the century-old beech trees, we can find individual specimens of birch, wild pear, spruce, and rowan. The forest floor is made up of shrubs such as hazel, juniper, viburnum, blackberry, raspberry, and hawthorn, as well as smaller vegetation such as clubmoss, ivy, orchid, and heather.
