What is it built from?

The house is built from gas concrete h+h. The roof is made of impregnated wooden construction, covered with roofing felt.

The property is prepared for heating with a heat pump, and inside there is a ready place for a fireplace. A pellet stove can also be installed.

The building already has water supply installation, and there is also a sewage well on the plot. The water connection as well as the power box are located at the boundary of the plot - the issue of connecting to the house remains.


About the plot…

The building is situated on a plot of 1451 m². This large area presents itself very nicely and offers many possibilities for development: at this stage, grass has already been sown. The size of the plot allows for the construction of a separate garage or utility building. The plot is flat and has a rectangular shape, making it easy to develop.
