Wisniowa, gm. Dobrcz, i.e. a plot of land built with a single-family residential building - under construction, for which the District Court in Bydgoszcz X Land and Mortgage Register Department keeps the land and mortgage register number XXX. The property consists of one built-up land plot No. 42/12 (district No. 0002, Dobrcz) with an area of 0.0767 ha. The use of the property: residential. The land plot is built with a residential building - under construction. The property is partially fenced (fences of neighboring properties) and is built up. The property is characterized by average intensity of land use for building cubature objects. The following construction objects are located on the property: a) residential building - under construction, b) structures: connections to technical infrastructure networks and internal networks: sewage, water supply. The property also includes other components of the land: wild meadow vegetation, single trees and shrubs. The rights of third parties will not hinder the auction and the awarding of ownership to the buyer without reservations, if these persons do not submit evidence that they have filed a lawsuit to release the right of perpetual usufruct of the property or items occupied with it from enforcement and have obtained a judgment suspending enforcement before the auction starts. Usufruct, easements, and rights of a lifetime, if not disclosed in the land and mortgage register or by submitting a document to the document collection and not reported no later than three days before the auction starts, will not be taken into account in the further course of enforcement and will expire upon the finalization of the decision on the awarding of ownership. The IT system provides the Protocol of description and valuation of the property. The sale of the property will not be subject to taxation on goods and services.
