21. For areas marked on the plan drawing with symbols 1U-P, 2U-P, 3U-P, the following is established: 1) purpose: services or production; 2) conditions for land development and restrictions on their use: a) excluded land use – large-scale retail services, port industry, wind power plants, b) allowance for construction on the building plot: - exclusively service, production, and warehouse storage buildings, - service, production, or warehouse storage buildings combined in service-production, production-warehouse, or production-service-warehouse complexes, c) allowance for the construction of parking lots and underground and multi-level garages as well as garages, utility buildings, technical buildings, commercial facilities, and warehouses, d) prohibition of locating activities related to the storage and processing of waste, e) allowance for the construction of exhibition-logistics centers, exhibition-trade-conference centers, service-trade centers, and conference-hotel centers, f) allowance for the construction of devices and facilities related to solar energy production, including: solar panels, devices for converting direct current to alternating (converters) and transformers, enabling energy storage, protective and measuring devices, g) allowance for the construction of devices generating energy with a power exceeding 500 kW, considering the provisions of § 18 sec. 2. The location of these devices is allowed on separate plots designated for these purposes or together with service, production, and warehouse buildings; 3) indicators for shaping development and land management: a) maximum building height - 18 m, Official Journal of the Lublin Voivodeship– 11 Item 4938 b) steep roofs with two or multi-pitched slopes with an inclination of the main planes of 30o- 45o, in relation to the horizontal plane and semi-flat and flat roofs with an inclination of the main planes up to 30o, in relation to the horizontal plane, c) maximum number of above-ground floors for service buildings – 4, d) maximum above-ground building intensity – 3.0, e) minimum above-ground building intensity – 0.01, f) maximum share of built-up area - 80% of the building plot area, g) minimum share of biologically active area - 10% of the building plot area, h) maximum sales area of commercial facilities – up to 2000 m2, i) minimum area of newly designated building plots - 1000 m2, j) the minimum area of the newly designated building plot indicated in item i does not apply to divisions of plots for technical infrastructure and access roads not designated and in cases where the plot has been reduced due to the designation of land for roads marked on the plan drawing
