second residential building (without separating the plot), provided that the object does not cause a conflict with existing and planned development
- adaptation and location of
non-intrusive services and other non-intrusive functions (e.g. production crafts, wholesale trade) provided that: they do not limit the realization of basic functions of the area on
neighboring plots, are accessible to the public road or pedestrian path, the impact is limited to
the boundaries of the plot
- possibility of
transforming settlements excluded from agricultural production into
holiday homes and other non-intrusive services; expansion, replacement, and supplementation of service buildings is allowed

breeding farms that may significantly affect the environment
Conditions for division into
building plots while maintaining the provisions of the real estate management act:
- the size of the building plot is a minimum of
1000 m2
- minimum
front width 20 m, it is allowed to situate buildings on plots with smaller widths that meet the requirements of building law
- direct
access to the public road or separation of access, to the single-family housing complex, communication service is allowed via a pedestrian-vehicle path with a
minimum width of 5 m
Maintaining the dimensions and scale of development
in relation to the landscape and surroundings of this development:
- maximum height 2 floors except for areas for which other conditions are specified
- covering with a gable roof with a symmetrical slope
- exclusion of so-called high basements
- maximum share of building area 30% of the gross area of the plot
