For part of the plot (according to the graphic attachment), about 2500 m², the primary function has been established - mixed development of agricultural villages, for areas marked with the symbol MR. The main assumptions of the plan: - The development concerns farms, single-family buildings, service and tourist facilities, as well as production services and small warehouses. - Areas for non-agricultural functions cannot occupy more than 0.5 ha of class III agricultural land and more than 1.0 ha of class IV land within one investment.
