The drawing of the facade and the proportions of the houses were inspired by the harmonious facades of Krakow tenements.

On the one hand, due to concern for the quality of the environment, and on the other, thinking about the economy of future use, the following were implemented: photovoltaic installation, rainwater tanks, heat recovery through recuperation, and air filtration through mechanical ventilation. Using the southern slope, care was taken to ensure that through the most glazed southern facades of the buildings, passive energy would be the main source of heating the rooms. In order to maximize green space, green roofs were used over the garage buildings.

  The group of buildings was created in the Krakow architectural studio Autograf Studio.
