For sale is a land property located in the village of Kajew 60, Gołuchów commune, Pleszew county, Greater Poland Voivodeship, consisting of plots with registration numbers 283/3 area 0.4700ha, 283/7 area 1.2854ha and 283/8 area 0.5431ha - registration district 0005 Kajew. The total area of the entire property is 22,985m2. The entire area is not fenced. The property has direct access to the municipal road with an asphalt surface. The plot has water and electricity connections. The property is located 2 km from Gołuchów, a place that was once a magnate residence of the Czartoryski princes and is now a museum where there is a castle in the style of French Renaissance resembling similar buildings from the Loire. Currently, it is the National Museum and park, next to the Forestry Museum, hotels, and restaurants. About 15 km from the plot are the cities of Kalisz and Pleszew, and 100 meters from the plot is a restaurant. Work is underway to develop a revitalization project for the park and possibly obtain EU funds for this undertaking through the Marshal's Office.
