The subject of the announcement is the sale of a fully furnished apartment, requiring no investment and ready to move in, with an area of approximately 28 square meters, located on the ground floor of a two-story building in the center of Lubsko at ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście, with access to the building and the apartment from both the main street and ul. Chrobrego, from which you can drive directly to the apartment door.
The apartment consists of a closed bathroom with a shower and an open space, which includes a hall, an open kitchen with a dining area, and a part designated for a living room with a sleeping function.

Current fees to the Housing Community, including water, sewage, waste disposal, management costs, etc., are approximately 180.00 PLN per month for one registered adult.
The only additional cost for the owner is the electricity bill according to actual consumption.
The apartment is an excellent option not only for living for a single person or a couple but also for renting, representing a very good investment with a high return rate.
I rented the apartment for amounts ranging from 1,400.00 PLN to 1,600.00 PLN per month plus, of course, fees to the Community and for electricity, which at the listed sale price of the apartment of 168,000.00 PLN means that the current cost of acquisition will be recouped after 8.5 years (at a rent of 1,600.00 PLN/month annual profit = 19,200.00 PLN) or after 10 years and ten months (at a rent of 1,600.00 PLN/month annual profit = 16,800.00 PLN).
This means that the annual return rate is at least over 10%.
Moreover, the monthly mortgage payment when financing the purchase of this apartment is several hundred PLN lower per month than the possible monthly rental income as above, which means that the potential loan is paid off by the tenants and several hundred PLN remains each month.
