Kosocicka Forest is a housing estate of single-family houses in twin buildings, located in the southern district of Krakow - Podgorze Duchackie. The investment is in a unique ecological area of Słona Woda covering 13.53 ha - an extraordinary aquatic ecosystem, reed spring sources, sandy grasslands, and tree stands.

The Kosocicka Forest estate consists of 18 twin houses and one detached twin-family house (a total of 38 residential units). Our priority was to create a functional project that provides future residents with maximum comfort of use, as well as enabling the closest contact with nature.

The investment is distinguished by its unique architecture inspired by the traditional form of Polish construction - modern barns are minimalist buildings made of high-quality materials, with a large amount of glazing and functional layouts. They also feature ecological solutions: heating in the form of air heat pumps, recuperation, and technical preparation for the installation of photovoltaic systems for residential units located on the 2nd floor and usable attic. Our offer includes 38 apartments in four types of layouts:

  • 4-room apartments on the ground floor with a garden in the first line of development under Rzazki Forest - offer spacious interiors of 99.40 m², along with a garage in the building structure,
  • 4-room apartments on the ground floor with a garden in the second line of development under Rzazki Forest - available in two surface variants: 78.27 m² or 87.22 m² (one unit of this size), also with a garage in the building structure,
  • 6-room duplex apartments with an additional mezzanine and terrace in the second line of development - have a ground parking space and the right to exclusive use of the garden located in front of the building. They are situated on the first floor and usable attic, offering space of 121.76 m² or 125.27 m² (one unit of this size),
  • 7-room duplex apartments with an extraordinary terrace and balcony in the first line of development under Rzazki Forest - offer comfortable conditions over an area of 171.73 m², with a garage in the building structure, a utility room on level 0, and the right to exclusive use of the garden located in front of the building. Gardens:

Ground floor apartments will have access to independent gardens of varying sizes - from 60 m² to 270 m². The gardens will be for the exclusive use of the owners, and their boundaries will be delineated by a fence and also - from the outside, at the interface with Rzazki Forest - low vegetation, providing additional comfort. For residential units on upper floors, smaller gardens are planned at the entrances to the units.

Terraces:

All duplex apartments will have access to additional space in the form of terraces ranging from 14.19 m² to 21.24 m². Their arrangement will guarantee maximum comfort of use and an unobstructed view of the beautiful old-growth forest of Rzazki.
