NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE

BY ELECTRONIC AUCTION

Judicial Officer at the District Court in Plonsk Krystyna Stolbunik-Kon, announces to the public that

on 04-08-2025 at 09:00

the first electronic auction of the property will begin:

-the property consisting of undeveloped land marked in the land registry as plot number 267/13 with an area of 0.0880 located at: 09-100 Plonsk, Plonsk ul. Mlodziezowa, for which the IV Department of Land and Mortgage Registers of the District Court in Plonsk maintains the land and mortgage register number PLlL/00056399/1.

According to the municipal spatial development plan / study of conditions and directions of spatial development, the property is located in an area designated for residential-service development.

The auction will end on 11-08-2025 at 09:00.

The property is valued at 653,200.00 PLN. The starting price is three-quarters of the estimated value, i.e. the amount of 489,900.00 PLN.

The bidder participating in the auction should submit a deposit of 1/10 of the estimated amount, which is 65,320.00 PLN.The property can be viewed in the two weeks before the auction from 10:00 to 18:00. The sale by electronic auction is conducted via the IT system available at: elicytacje.komornik.pl.

Participation in the auction requires registration in the IT system supporting electronic auctions available at: elicytacje.komornik.pl at least 2 working days before the auction starts. The condition for participation in the auction is to create an individual account in the IT system. The deposit must be paid to the judicial officer's bank account number: Powszechna Kasa Oszczednosci Bank Polski SA 0. Plonsk 08 10201592 0000 2902 0054 3660 no later than 2 working days before the auction starts. The date of the deposit is considered the day the judicial officer's bank account is credited.

Article 964 of the Code of Civil Procedure does not apply. Along with the deposit, the bidder is obliged to provide in the IT system the data necessary to issue a decision on the award: PESEL number, identity document number, and a statement on whether they are married, and if so, whether they intend to acquire the property for joint or personal property, as well as to indicate whether they are bidding in their own name or as an attorney for another person, and any other data if required by separate laws.

If necessary, the judicial officer immediately calls the bidder, under the threat of exclusion from participation in the auction, via the IT system to supplement the data, and if participation in the auction requires permission from a public authority or proof of authorization to act on behalf of another person - to submit electronically preserved copies of the required documents within 3 days, no later than the day before the auction date. The judicial officer confirms the submission of the deposit and data immediately upon receipt, by allowing the bidder to participate in the auction. In the event of refusal to allow participation in the auction, the interested party is notified via the IT system.

Debtors, judicial officers, their spouses, children, parents, and siblings, as well as persons present at the auction in an official capacity, bidders who have not fulfilled the conditions of the previous auction, and persons who can acquire the property only with the permission of a public authority, and who have not presented this permission, cannot participate in the auction.

The auction begins and ends at the time indicated in the notice of the auction of the property. If a bid is submitted within 5 minutes before the planned end of the auction, this time is extended by 5 minutes. If further bids are submitted during the additional time, the end time of the auction is extended by another 5 minutes until bidding ceases. During the auction, bidders offer the purchase price via the IT system. The auction is won by the bidder whose offer was the highest at the end of the auction. After the auction, the judicial officer informs the bidders via the IT system about the selection of the bidder offering the highest price at the end of the auction.

The rights of third parties will not hinder the auction and the awarding of ownership to the buyer without reservations, provided that these persons do not submit proof before the auction starts that they have filed a lawsuit to release the property or items seized with it from enforcement and have obtained a decision suspending enforcement in this regard. Usufruct, easements, and lifetime rights, if not disclosed in the land and mortgage register or by submitting a document to the document collection and not reported no later than three days before the auction starts, will not be taken into account in the further course of enforcement and will expire upon the finalization of the decision on the awarding of ownership.
