An overhead 15kV power line runs along the boundary of the plot. The unlimited oral auction will take place on September 4, 2025, at 10:00 AM in room no. 408 of the City Hall in Chojnice. A deposit for the auction in the amount of 9000 PLN must be paid by August 28, 2025, to the account of the City Hall in Chojnice at Bank PKO BP S.A. no. 23 1020 2791 0000 7202 0294 2191, stating the name and surname of the bidder and the offer number. Deposits from those who do not win the auction will be returned no later than 3 days after the auction closes. The deposit paid by the bidder who wins the auction will be credited towards the payment. The buyer covers the costs of the notarial sale agreement. In case of the participant's refusal to conclude the sale agreement, the deposit is forfeited in favor of the City of Chojnice.
