The Court Bailiff at the District Court in Glogow Jakub Mikucki announces to the public that

the second simplified electronic auction
of the property marked with plot No. 126 with an area of 0.0801 ha located at: 56-210 Wąsosz, ul. 700 Lecia, for which the District Court in Glogow Department V of Land and Mortgage Registers maintains the land and mortgage register No. LE1G/000xxxxx/1, being the property of.
According to the municipal spatial development plan / study of conditions and directions of spatial development, the property is located in an area designated for residential development. According to the actual state - the plot is built with a single-family residential building in a detached development - the building is partially basement, two-storey with a building area of 156 m2.
The construction log has not been formally completed.

The property is valued at 567,200.00 PLN.
The starting price is 2/3 of the estimated value, i.e. the amount of 378,133.33 PLN. The bidder participating in the auction should submit a deposit of 1/10 of the estimated amount, which is 56,720.00 PLN.
The property can be viewed in the two weeks before the auction from 10:00 to 18:00.
The sale through electronic auction is conducted via the IT system available at: elicytacje.komornik.pl
Participation in the auction requires registration in the IT system supporting electronic auctions available at: elicytacje.komornik.pl at least 2 working days before the auction starts. The condition for participation in the auction is to create an individual account in the IT system.
The deposit must be paid to the bailiff's bank account number: BS in Wschowa O. in Glogow 76 86690001 2020 0215 6565 0001 no later than 2 working days before the auction starts, i.e. 15-07-2025. The date of the deposit is considered the day the bailiff's bank account is credited. The provisions of Article 964 of the Code of Civil Procedure do not apply. Along with the deposit, the bidder is obliged to provide in the IT system the data necessary to issue a decision on the award: PESEL number, identity document number, and a statement of whether they are married, and if so, whether they intend to acquire the property for joint or personal property, as well as to indicate whether they are bidding in their own name or as an agent of another person, and any other data if the need to provide them arises from the provisions of separate laws.
If necessary, the bailiff immediately calls the bidder, under the penalty of exclusion from participation in the auction, via the IT system to supplement the data, and if participation in the auction requires permission from a public authority or proof of authorization to act on behalf of another person - to submit electronic copies of the required documents within 3 days, no later than the day before the auction date. The bailiff confirms the fact of submitting the deposit and providing the data immediately after receiving them by allowing the bidder to participate in the auction. In the event of refusal to allow participation in the auction, the interested party is notified via the IT system.
In the auction, the following cannot participate: the debtor, the bailiff, their spouses, children, parents, and siblings, as well as persons present at the auction in an official capacity, bidders who have not fulfilled the conditions of the previous auction, persons who can acquire the property only with the permission of a public authority, and who have not presented this permission. The auction starts and ends at the time indicated in the notice of the auction of the property. If within 5 minutes before the planned end of the auction a bid is submitted, this time is extended by 5 minutes. If further bids are submitted during the additional time, the end of the auction is extended by another 5 minutes each time until the bids cease. During the auction, bidders offer the purchase price via the IT system.
The auction is won by the bidder whose offer was the highest at the time of the auction's conclusion. After the auction ends, the bailiff informs the bidders via the IT system about the selection of the bidder offering the highest price at the time of the auction's conclusion. A complaint against the refusal to allow participation in the auction can be submitted within 3 days from the date of refusal to allow participation in the auction, and against the course of the auction - within 3 days from the date of its conclusion. Bidders and persons who were not allowed to participate in the auction can submit a complaint only via the IT system. A complaint can also be submitted via the IT system by other persons, provided they have an account in this system.
The rights of third parties will not hinder the auction and the awarding of ownership to the buyer without reservations if these persons do not submit proof before the auction starts that they have filed a lawsuit to exempt the property or items seized with it from enforcement and have obtained a decision suspending the enforcement in this regard. Usufruct, easements, and lifetime rights, if not disclosed in the land and mortgage register or by submitting a document to the collection of documents and not reported no later than three days before the auction starts, will not be taken into account in the further course of enforcement and will expire upon the finalization of the decision on the awarding of ownership.
