We are in almost the very center of Katowice. We can walk to Spodek in 3 minutes. Similarly to the wonderful Cultural Zone. In Koszutka, we find everything needed for comfortable living. Right next to the building is a vibrant market. There are bakeries, both well-known for years and new - more fancy. There are shops, neighborhood ones, larger ones like Społem, and it is relatively close to Biedronka or Lidl. There are trendy food trucks and cultural events within walking distance. Of course, there are also schools, kindergartens, cafes, restaurants... As is commonly known, Koszutka is both quite peaceful and very green, and yet THIS apartment is located in the center of Katowice!

Exiting the building, we find ourselves in a green square between the blocks. There is a playground and benches. The distances between the buildings comply with spatial planning from the past era - there is plenty of space!

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a six-story building. The staircase is clean and well-kept, but it is known - it is not the standard known from modern construction. There is of course an elevator - importantly - new. The view is not obstructed, from the windows we do not look into anyone's bedroom and no one looks into our apartment. However, you can see the beautiful buildings of the first district and modern blocks around Olimpijska Street. The windows face east, but thanks to the higher floor, it is bright at any time of the day.

In the apartment, we have something that is often sought after today, and increasingly difficult to find - a separate kitchen! Additionally, a small hallway, a nice, well-arranged living room, and a bedroom. There is also a balcony, rather small, but enough to fit two chairs and a coffee table. There is plenty of storage space. In the bedroom, a wardrobe occupies the entire wall. There is also a large wardrobe in the hallway. The finish is rather classic, without extravagance. In the apartment most of the items visible in the photos remain, including all appliances, bed, sofa, table, chairs.
