Renovated, the building is an old Lutheran rectory, where a rear wing was added before the war, which served as a school. After the war, it was a shelter, a school until the 90s of the last century. The building underwent a general renovation, including the roof, new roof tiles, 80% of the beams were replaced. The terrace along with the earthworks, the terrace has 400 m2, covered with sandstone, and a sandstone wall that separates it from the road to provide some peace and intimacy. The parking lot is paved with sandstone, about 350 m2. The original doors have been renovated, and the school windows have been renovated. The building is listed in the register of monuments in the Mecinka commune, the only thing the conservator requires is the building's facade, for which I received permission for a sandy color to finish the already completed facade in that color. Heating is provided by a gas bottle buried in the ground, over 5000 liters, connected to the building for the planned boiler room. Water is supplied, the connection is on the plot. A stream runs along two borders of the plot, the bend of the stream has been slightly raised, and even during floods, the water did not enter our plot, even when the banks overflow, the water will spill on the opposite side of the stream as the level is lower there.
