- facade colors: plaster in colors from white to light pastels or in brick color, the use of unplastered ceramic brick and wood in the building facade is allowed,
- type of roof covering - ceramic tile in the color of natural red.
- number of floors for the building of the primary function: max. 2 above-ground floors including usable attic,
- number of floors for the utility building: max. 1 above-ground floor plus non-usable attic,
- height of the building of the primary function, counting from the ground level at the entrance to the building to the highest point of the ridge of the building - maximum 8.5 m,
- height of the utility building, counting from the ground level at the entrance to the building to the highest point of the ridge of the building - maximum 5.5 m.

2. AREAS OF TOURISM SERVICES - UT.

Detailed assumptions of the local spatial development plan:
- primary purpose - land for tourism services including development related to the service of tourist traffic, hotel development, swimming pool, wellness offices, Spa, gastronomy services, etc.,
- supplementary purpose - other services,
- facade colors: plaster in colors from white to light pastels or in brick color, the use of unplastered ceramic brick and wood in the building facade is allowed,

- non-exceedable building line according to the annex to the resolution,
- number of floors for buildings of the primary function: max. 2 above-ground floors including usable attic,

- maximum intensity of development - 20% of the plot area,
- minimum biologically active area - 40% of the plot area,

- the location of small architecture objects such as fences, benches, etc. and gazebos is allowed.

Detailed assumptions of the local spatial development plan:

- new buildings must be located only in a free-standing form,
- new buildings of the primary function must be located with the main ridge of the building situated approximately parallel to the non-exceedable building line designated accordingly from the internal road KDW designated based on the technical project,
- new utility buildings must be located with the main ridge of the building situated approximately parallel or perpendicular to the non-exceedable building line designated accordingly from the internal road KDW designated based on the technical project,
- facade colors: plaster in colors from white to light pastels or in brick color, the use of unplastered ceramic brick and wood in the building facade is allowed,
- type of roof covering - ceramic tile in the color of natural red,
- number of floors for the building of the primary function: max. 2 above-ground floors including usable attic,
- number of floors for the utility building: max. 1 above-ground floor plus non-usable attic,
- height of the building of the primary function - maximum 8.5 m.,
- height of the utility building - maximum 5.5 m,

- minimum biologically active area - 70% of the plot area.

4. AREAS OF ARRANGED GREENERY WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF RECREATIONAL-SPORT FUNCTIONS - ZP/US.

Detailed assumptions of the local spatial development plan:

- primary purpose: arranged green areas with the possibility of recreational-sport functions,
- supplementary purpose: technical infrastructure, pedestrian-bicycle paths,
- the subject area is planned for the realization of a sports-recreational space with recreational devices such as playgrounds, health paths, etc. Along with accompanying greenery and small architecture objects,
- the construction of buildings in the sense of building regulations is not allowed,
- minimum biologically active area - 50% of the rural area,
- parking spaces - not provided,
- within the rural area on flooded areas, using the natural terrain, the location of water reservoirs is allowed,
- the location of small architecture objects such as fences, benches, etc., gazebos, piers, and necessary devices and buildings serving the functioning of recreational-sport areas is allowed.
