1. The manager appointed in the restructuring proceedings of Re Development S.A. announces the sale by private treaty, under the terms specified in the "Regulations for the competition of offers and auctions" of the perpetual usufruct rights of undeveloped property consisting of plots no. 69/34 and 69/35, precinct 0024, with an area of 0.9191 ha, located in Bydgoszcz at ul. Zeglarska 71 for which the District Court in Bydgoszcz X Land and Mortgage Register Department maintains land and mortgage register number BY1B/00089667/7 and the perpetual usufruct rights of property consisting of plot no. 69/15, with an area of 0.3609 ha, located in Bydgoszcz at ul. Zeglarska 71, built with a production warehouse and a weighbridge, for which the District Court in Bydgoszcz X Land and Mortgage Register Department maintains land and mortgage register number BY1B/00083624/2. 2. The starting price is 8,590,000.00 PLN (in words: eight million five hundred ninety thousand zlotys zero groszy). 3. Written offers must be submitted by August 26, 2025, to the office of the manager, Woznicki Weglinski Lopatko Restructuring sp. z o.o., Aleje Jerozolimskie 99/18, 02-001 Warsaw, during office hours, or sent by registered mail to the address of this office. The decisive date is the date of receipt of the offer at the manager's office. Offers received after the deadline will not be considered. 4. A condition for participation in the competition of offers is the payment of a deposit of 859,000.00 PLN (eight hundred fifty-nine thousand zlotys 00/100). The deposit must be paid by transfer to the bank account maintained for the bankruptcy estate at the debtor's bank – Re Development S.A. in restructuring at ING Bank Slaski S.A. with the number: 98 1050 0086 1000 0090 3016 9305 with the note "Competition of offers – Bydgoszcz – case file WA1M/GRs/9/2024" no later than the last day of the deadline for submitting offers, with the actual date of recognition of the deposit amount on the above-mentioned bank account being counted. 5. The opening and consideration of offers by the Manager will take place at a public meeting via Microsoft Teams on August 27, 2025, at 16:00. The opening of offers will be recorded. 6.
