Matejki Residence - learn about the investmentOur designed building stands out with many ecological features that are an integral part of its structure and operation. The building has a regular shape, in the outline of an inverted letter L measuring 29.52 m x 29.42 m, designed to minimize the negative impact on the natural environment. Below we present the key ecological features of our project:
- Renewable energy sources: The building uses ecological energy sources. Heat pumps will be used for heating rooms and heating water, which will contribute to reducing the consumption of traditional energy sources and carbon dioxide emissions.
- Photovoltaic installation: We have placed photovoltaic panels on the roof of the building, which convert solar energy into electricity. Thanks to this, the building will be able to produce part of its electricity, reducing its dependence on conventional energy sources.
- Sunlight optimization: The shape of the building has been carefully designed to ensure optimal sunlight for the interiors and meet the shading conditions of neighboring buildings. This way, we minimize energy consumption for lighting and heating rooms.
- Accessibility for people with disabilities: The building is fully adapted for use by people with disabilities, promoting social inclusion and sustainable development.
- Waste management: Solid waste will be balanced and properly sorted, supporting recycling goals and reducing the amount of waste going to landfills.
- Electromobility: Parking spaces in the underground garage can be equipped with electrical sockets, allowing for the charging of electric vehicles. This is another step towards sustainable mobility.
- Water consumption optimization: Water is precious, so we have taken care of efficient water consumption. The hot water circulation installation allows for reducing energy and water losses.
- Underfloor heating: In selected rooms, we have used underfloor heating, which allows for even and efficient heat distribution.
- Mechanical ventilation: The pressure ventilation system and humidity-controlled air inlets guarantee optimal air circulation, ensuring comfortable living and working conditions.
- Electricity from photovoltaic panels: Thanks to the photovoltaic installation on the roof of the building, we produce our own electricity, contributing to the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions and decreasing energy consumption from conventional sources.
