The construction is being carried out based on the architectural and construction project Murator M08 "For any weather", construction work started in 2010 and has been brought to the ceiling of the first floor.
The plot is covered by the local spatial development plan and is located in areas of single-family residential development 2MN.11.
For the areas 2MN.11 the primary purpose is single-family residential development, carried out in the form of detached and semi-detached buildings and residential-service development, which consists of a detached building or a building in semi-detached development, in which the share of service area may be up to 50% of the usable area of the building.
As permissible use for the areas 2MN.11, the following are allowed:

The minimum area of newly designated building plots is 1200 m2, the minimum width 20 m.
The property has direct access to the public road (Leśna Street - asphalt municipal road KDL).
The plot is flat and has physical parameters, which after the completion of the construction investment for residential purposes will allow the division of the property into smaller plots for optimal use of the property area.
Access to utilities: gas, electricity, and water in the municipal road at a distance of about 10 m from the property.
In the town, there is a good commercial and service infrastructure, the distance of the property to the nearest grocery store is 1.5 km, to the primary school in Michalowice - 2.1 km. At a distance of 550 m, there is a public transport stop Michalowice Lecznica (lines 277, M1), Michalowice Górna (lines 257, 277, M1) located 1.3 km away.
The location of the property has very favorable communication, the entrance to Krakowska Street (DK7) is located at a distance of 1.3 km, the distance to the border of Krakow along with the entrance to the upcoming northern bypass of Krakow (S52 Węgrzce junction) is only 8 km.
