We know that everyday life is sometimes not easy, which is why our goal was to create a place that provides its residents with as much comfort as possible every day! Functional and aesthetic common spaces, storage rooms, and finally excellent apartments, whose thoughtful layout, enhanced by high ceilings and spacious balconies, perfectly connects with the surrounding space. All this creates a modern building full of amenities – this is MIŁA Zory. What distinguishes MIŁA Zory from similar investments is certainly its original form and vivid colors standing out against the urban landscape, as well as the selection of good materials and unconventional solutions. We built the building on a foundation slab, the structural walls of the first and second floors were made of high-strength and excellent acoustic insulation Silka blocks. The walls of the higher floors were made of LEIER ceramic blocks. The entire building was insulated with 20cm thick polystyrene, on which we applied thin-layer plaster. We insulated the roof with 25cm thick polystyrene, covered it with heat-welded roofing felt, and laid a roofing membrane SIKPLAN G15. We also took care of fire safety by installing external doors to the building and the stairwell ALUFIRE. We hope that not only the building itself but also life in it will be a break from boredom, routine, and repetition, and instead will provide many positive experiences and new interesting adventures!
