The tile is extraordinary in this case because it was designed by the Porsche brand in cooperation with Koramic, the tile manufacturer. The gutter system is Niagara Pruszynski. Wall insulation is made of cellulose. The total thickness of the thermal insulation partition in the walls is 31cm (Steico Protect from the outside 6cm + 20cm cellulose Ekovilla in load-bearing walls + 5cm from the inside in the installation frame). The walls from the inside are covered and tightly sealed with TRIOFOL vapor barrier. The roof is insulated with spray wool. The interior finish, after the installation work is completed, is very simple. We cover all walls with 12mm OSB board and then with 12mm G-K board. Spackling and painting in white with Flugger products. The ceiling will be isolated with soundproofing plates. On the ceiling, a floor plate on a hook, also imported from Sweden. Electrical and water-sewage installations prepared in bathrooms and kitchen.
