The house has mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (recovery), large glazing with good windows, thick external doors, walls made of "warm" Ytong blocks 400 insulated with 25 cm thick graphite polystyrene, heavy waterproof insulation made of good materials, around the foundations a drainage system has been made that can supply one of the rainwater tanks 10m3, monitoring cameras, and lighting of the plot. In the last photo, you can see the energy characteristics of the offered house, please pay attention to the EU and EK indicators which confirm the energy efficiency of the house.
