We present an offer of office spaces in an energy-efficient, intelligent, green, health-friendly office building. On 14 floors, innovative technologies have been implemented that significantly reduce energy consumption and enable rational management of waste and natural resources. Over 13,000 square meters have been developed into modern service, laboratory, and conference rooms. In the building, 4,000 square meters of space are occupied by offices for rent that stand out with the highest standard. Office spaces can be arranged freely using modular walls. The offices for rent are fully equipped, and adjacent areas have been designated for bathrooms and kitchenettes. Just like other types of rental premises in the building, the office spaces have solutions helpful for people with disabilities. Among other amenities characterizing the rental premises, one can mention an individual air conditioning system and excellent interior lighting. The creator of the office building project is Piotr Z. Barelkowski. The main assumption of the architect was to create a building characterized by an unconventional yet attractive and elegant form. The shape of the office building has a bionic character and thus expresses the guiding idea that the object carries. Offices can be equipped with our furniture or the possibility of preparing an empty space for the adaptation of one's own furnishings. We will provide dedicated parking spaces.
