Okrzei 44 – a building designed with 5 commercial premises and 40 residential units of varying sizes. THE BUILDING WILL HAVE AN ELEVATOR. It is planned to have 5 floors. The investment is being carried out in accordance with applicable legal standards, primarily in accordance with the new Developer Act of May 20, 2021, on the protection of the rights of the buyer of a residential unit or single-family house and the Developer Guarantee Fund (Dz.U. 2021 item 1177). This law comprehensively protects consumer interests through mandatory trust accounts, as well as extending liability for property defects to five years. Trust accounts guarantee that no funds will be transferred to the developer without the appropriate scope of work being completed, and if the investment is not realized, they will be fully returned to the payer.
