Not far from Poznan – in the town of Glinno near Nowy Tomysl, close to major communication routes both road (A2 motorway, Nowy Tomysl bypass) and rail (E20 Berlin - Moscow line), a new multi-family building is being constructed (the first of three). The subject of the investment is a multi-family residential building with five above-ground floors and one staircase, without a basement. A total of 24 residential units and 1 commercial unit located on the ground floor are planned in the building. • Each apartment will be connected to the intercom installation (intercoms opened additionally with proximity key fobs).

The building will consist of apartments from 1 to 3 rooms. Apartments with an area from 30 m² (studios) to 67 m² (three-room) are designed.

The building will be independent of the municipal heat supplier thanks to the use of a ground heat pump for the needs of hot water and central heating. The operation of the heat pump will be supported by a photovoltaic installation located on the roof of the building.

The Housing Cooperative in Nowy Tomysl currently has permission to build the first of three buildings.
