4) the use of fences is allowed provided they are of a lattice structure, a maximum height of 1.75 m with a ban on the use of prefabricated concrete elements from the road side and in accordance with § 8 sec. 11 of this resolution;
5) buildings and surfaces are allowed to cover a maximum of 30% of the area of each plot;
6) a 70% share of biologically active surface must be maintained on the native land in the area of each plot;
in the case of parceling, the minimum width of the plot front is:
a) in the case of free-standing single-family housing 20.0 m,
b) in the case of semi-detached housing 14.0 m;
in terms of environmental protection, nature, and cultural landscape, the provisions of §8 - 9 apply;
9) in terms of engineering service principles for the area, the provisions apply.
