In terms of geodetic transformations: 1) secondary division into building plots with an area adapted to the requirements of the activity is allowed, provided that each plot is provided with communication service from the streets designated in the plan, excluding road 1 KDGP/K, or access to them included, 2) the joining of neighboring plots and secondary division into building plots with an area adapted to the requirements of the activity is allowed, subject to the following principles: - each newly designated building plot must have communication service from the streets designated in the plan, excluding road 1 KDGP/K, or access to them included, - the method of division into building plots of parts of the area cannot prevent the proper division of the remaining area and its communication service.
