1) plot size: minimum 1500.0 m² for detached development, minimum 800.0
m² for semi-detached development, minimum 500.0 m² for terraced development;
2) plot front width: minimum 12 m (does not apply to divisions);
3) the angle of the plot boundaries in relation to the road line – 60-90º (does not apply
to divisions).
5. Other rules as in § 5, § 6, § 7, § 8, § 9, § 10, § 11, § 12, § 131. Residential single-family development areas are designated
