The subject of the auction will be agricultural property with buildings - plot marked no. 231/4 with an area of 0.3627 ha. The plot has a good shape in the form of a rectangular trapezoid, with an average width of about 29.00 m. The front part of the property is built with a brick, two-story residential building with a building area of 112.00 m2 and usable area of 141.10 m2. This building was realized in the early years of the 80s of the last century. The building has two residential floors, is basement with a usable attic. The building has only the ground floor finished. The building has not been inhabited for at least 3 years. In the back of the property, on its left side, there is a row of brick farm buildings, part originally intended for residential purposes, realized in the 70s of the last century, with a building area of 126.00 m2 and usable area of 104.00 m2. In the back of the plot there is also a brick storage and inventory building with a building area of 127.00 m2 and usable area of 115.10 m2. The area of the built part of the property is fenced with a fence made of wooden panels supported on concrete posts, supplemented with a gate and wicket. The inventory part of the property is separated by a fence made of prefabricated concrete elements and a metal gate with a wicket. The area of the built part requires cleaning work. Besides the built part of 0.2448 ha, there is a usable part currently agricultural by the owner of the neighboring plot. At the date of valuation, it has no sowing nor is it planted. The plot does not show negative hydrogeological features. The property has basic technical infrastructure (electricity network, water supply, sewage to the septic tank). There is also a water well on the plot that requires cleaning. Direct access to the homestead via a local road hardened with asphalt. The property does not have permanently hardened driveways. In the front part, there is decorative greenery that requires extensive maintenance work.
In the two weeks before the auction, it is allowed to view the property on weekdays from 10:00 to 15:00 and to review the enforcement proceedings files at the District Court in Piotrkow Trybunalski located at ul. Juliusza Slowackiego 5, Piotrkow Trybunalski, 97-300 Piotrkow Trybunalski.
The deposit can be made in cash or in a savings book equipped with the owner's authorization to withdraw the entire deposit according to the court's valid decision on the loss of the deposit. The deposit must be paid to the bailiff's account: bank 92 1020 3916 0000 0902 0078 6749. The deposit must be paid no later than the day before the auction.
