The subject of the auction will be the ownership right to undeveloped land of agricultural character with a plantation of perennial crops constituting an apple orchard. The property is located in the area 0024 Zajeziorze, Gmina Samborzec in the sandomierski county, in the swietokrzyskie voivodeship. The property includes a plot No. 355 with an area of 0.3700 ha. The property has the shape of an elongated rectangle, with approximate dimensions: 13m/285m. Good geometric features.
