The subject of the offer is land with an area of approximately 1 ha, located in an attractive place in the town of Iwiny in the Siechnice commune, on Lipowa Street, near the Iwiny train station (adapted for passenger transport within the Wroclaw Functional Area) and Wroclaw's Jagodna. The plot is currently covered by the local spatial development plan for agricultural purposes, however, in 2020, the City Council in Siechnice adopted a resolution to initiate changes to this local spatial development plan, and in the Study of Conditions and Directions of Spatial Development: part of the area is covered by the MNI-Iw3 zone - Low-intensity residential development area - low-intensity development; part of the area is covered by the ZU-Iw6 zone - arranged green area - publicly accessible arranged greenery with a park-like character, including small architecture elements and playgrounds for children. According to the assumptions, municipalities across Poland have until the end of 2025 to adopt General Plans that will replace the currently applicable Studies of Conditions and Directions of Spatial Development.
