Domatowko plot no. 30/2 - land card 1 MN. 1.1. Land designation: 1 MN. 1.2. Purpose of the land: Residential single-family development. It establishes the possibility of locating: A/ single-family residential buildings situated as free-standing or semi-detached buildings, B/ individual recreation buildings situated as free-standing, C/ garages (and sheds) attached or free-standing for passenger cars, D/ utility buildings, E/ networks and technical infrastructure devices. The location of breeding buildings is excluded. 1.3. Conditions for land development, rules and conditions for land division, rules for shaping development: A/ Building lines: non-crossing building lines as shown in the plan drawing. B/ Division of the land into building plots as shown in the plan drawing. Combining designated plots and their joint development by one investor is allowed. C/ Land development: - maximum building percentage: 20% of the area of the building plot or the area covered by the investment, - building intensity index: maximum 0.35, minimum is not established, - area of biologically active land: minimum 40% of the area of the building plot or the area of building plots covered by the investment, - the area located between the non-crossing building line and the northern and eastern boundary of the area should be developed with landscape greenery (areas marked on the plan drawing), - the area located between the non-crossing building line and the western boundary of the area should be developed with isolation-landscape greenery (area marked on the plan drawing), - within the building plot (or the area covered by the investment), parking spaces should be secured according to the index of a minimum of 2 parking spaces per apartment. F/ Access: from road 01 K. 1.4. Rules for servicing in terms of technical infrastructure: A/ Water supply: from the village water supply. B/ Disposal of sanitary sewage: ultimately to the sanitary sewer. Temporarily, until 2006, the disposal of sewage to tight non-draining tanks is allowed, with documentation of sewage removal to the treatment plant. Upon completion of the sanitary sewer, the tanks must be removed, and buildings connected to the sanitary sewer. C/ Disposal of rainwater: within the area of the building plot (or plots covered by the investment). D/ Heat supply: individual sources of heat, preferred low-emission fuels (gas, oil, and others) or non-emission (electricity and others). E/ Electricity: from the low voltage cable network. F/ Waste: collection in containers and removal to municipal waste landfills. 1.5. Percentage rate: 20.00%. 1.6 Due to the presence in the area covered by the change of the telecommunications infrastructure of the Polish Navy, construction project investments must be agreed with Military Unit 4934 Wejherowo or its legal successor (Added based on the resolution of the Puck Municipal Council No. XVI/50/08 dated 09.05.2008).
