Access is asphalt, the last 200 meters is via a hardened municipal road. Utilities - water, gas - on the plot, sewage - in the road, electricity - to be connected, fiber optic. In the village, there is a school, shops, a church, and a kindergarten. Very good access to Krakow - 11 km - shopping center Zakopianka. The areas designated for residential single-family development, farm and service marked on the plan drawing with the symbol MU1. The basic purpose of the area is to locate single-family housing in a free-standing arrangement, to locate farm buildings, to locate service facilities in trade, gastronomy, tourism, sports, entertainment, and service crafts. The permissible purpose of the MU1 area includes the location of single-family housing in a semi-detached arrangement, the location of public utility buildings, the location of farm buildings and garages, unmarked internal roads on the plan, pedestrian and vehicular paths, parking spaces, bicycle paths, small architecture, and arranged greenery, and technical infrastructure facilities. In the MU1 areas, the following land development conditions are established: 1) construction is allowed on 40% of the area of the plot located in building areas, 2) in the case of geodetic divisions, the size of new building plots for single-family housing cannot be less than 800 m2, 3) in the case of geodetic divisions, the size of new building plots for farm buildings cannot be less than 1200 m2, 4) in the case of geodetic divisions, the size of new building plots for service facilities cannot be less than 600 m2, 5) at least 35% of the area of new building plots located in building areas must be arranged as biologically active area, 6) the location of terraced and atrial buildings is prohibited, 7) the location of commercial facilities with a sales area exceeding 500 m2 is prohibited, 8) the location of radio communication towers is prohibited, 9) the nuisance of all facilities and devices related to service activities cannot exceed the boundaries of the area for which the user has legal title. In the case of conducting service activities, it is required to provide parking spaces within the boundaries of the plot on which they are located. In the MU1 areas, the following building shaping principles are established: 1) buildings may be realized as multi- or single-functional, 2) new residential buildings should be situated gable or ridge to the public road depending on the traditional location of houses in that part of the village, 3) the height of residential buildings, residential-farm buildings, and agricultural buildings related to agricultural production cannot exceed 9.5 m, 4) the height of garages and agricultural buildings not related to agricultural production cannot exceed 7.0 m, 5) the height of the foundation on flat terrain cannot exceed 1.2 m; in the case of sloping terrain - this height, calculated as the arithmetic mean of the height of the slope and the base, cannot exceed 1.4 m, 6) roofs should be gabled or multi-gabled, with the same angle of inclination of the roof slopes of 35-45 degrees with an eave protruding in front of the building, 7) the use of roof slopes shifted vertically or horizontally is prohibited, 8) skylights or roof windows are allowed, as well as the construction of so-called "swallows". Dormers and "swallows" should be built with roofs at the same angle of inclination as the main roof slopes, maintaining the color and material of the main roof slopes, 9) it is allowed to add garages and farm buildings to the residential building and cover them with roofs with a slope equal to or less than the slope of the main roof, but not less than 20 degrees, 10) it is allowed to use partial lowering of the eave, 11) finishing materials: plasters - in light, subdued tones, wooden and stone - ceramic elements, others, 12) roof colors - maintained in dark red, reddish-brown, brown, dark green, graphite colors.
