LOCATION:
Nowa Kiszewa is a charming village in the Kościerzyna commune (Pomeranian Voivodeship, Kościerzyna County), located by the Wierzyca River - a well-known kayaking route in the heart of Kashubia.
Only about 10 km (14 minutes drive) to Kościerzyna and 70 km to the Tricity.
The plot is surrounded by vast Kashubian forests and numerous lakes - ideal for walking, cycling, and mushroom picking, with the nearest forest areas starting practically "behind the fence".
The village has about 250 inhabitants - a quiet, intimate place, with a hardened road access and low traffic intensity.
Despite its natural values, the village has infrastructure with access to roads, connections, and is not far from the communication hub in Kościerzyna.

Building plot 329/30 with an area of 1472m2. There is an electricity box on it, and the water supply is just before the plot. It is covered by the local plan code 6.mn. Resolution No. XII/343/2017. The land register is free of encumbrances. The entrance is from the north side, which means the garden will be well sunlit.

with the roofs of residential buildings, single or double-pitched, with an angle of inclination of the main roof slopes from
20° to 45°;
i) color of the external facades of buildings in shades of white, gray, and beige or others
referring to the existing development on the neighboring plot and resulting from the use of materials such as wood, brick, stone;
j) roofing in shades: brown, red, and graphite;
k) basements of buildings are allowed;
l) location of technical infrastructure buildings is allowed;
4) rules for property division:
a) minimum area of a newly designated building plot - 1000 m2;
b) the provisions contained in §10 apply;
5) rules for protection, orders, prohibitions:
a) areas designated for single-family housing - permissible noise levels
are regulated by separate regulations;
b) part of the area 5.MN lies within the boundaries of the conservation zone of the rural layout of the village of Nowa Kiszewa
and the areas from 1.MN to 4.MN and area 6.MN lie within the boundaries of the exposure protection zone of the rural layout
of the village of Nowa Kiszewa - construction processes should be carried out with consideration of §12
points 3 and 4;
c) the areas lie within the boundaries of the Natura 2000 area "Tuchola Forests" and within the boundaries of the Protected Landscape Area of the Wierzyca Valley - separate regulations apply regarding nature protection;
