Restructuring Advisor Pawel Choina license number 935 acting as the trustee of the bankruptcy estate Kares Swietochowscy s.j. in bankruptcy based on the decision of the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw XVIII Economic Department for Bankruptcy and Restructuring on July 6, 2023, in case WA1M/GU/102/2023.

Purpose of the announcement

To select a buyer for the property included in the bankruptcy estate through a sale by private treaty.

Subject of sale

The subject of sale is a property with a total area of 43,688 m2 located in Wegrow, Mazowieckie Voivodeship, on Gdanska Street, which consists of:

• plot with registration number 714/4 with an area of 8,012 m2, for which the District Court in Wegrow maintains land and mortgage register number KW SI1W/00042194/5;
• plot with registration number 714/7 with an area of 4,380 m2, for which the District Court in Wegrow maintains land and mortgage register number KW SI1W/00042194/5;
• plot with registration number 715 with an area of 8,781 m2, for which the District Court in Wegrow maintains land and mortgage register number KW SI1W/00053572/9.
• plot with registration number 717/5 with an area of 5,875 m2, for which the District Court in Wegrow maintains land and mortgage register number KW SI1W/00055286/1.
• plot with registration number 717/8 with an area of 7,174 m2, for which the District Court in Wegrow maintains land and mortgage register number KW SI1W/00022842/7.
• plot with registration number 717/11 with an area of 4,000 m2, for which the District Court in Wegrow maintains land and mortgage register number KW SI1W/00022842/7.
• share of 6/9 in the ownership of the plot with registration number 717/10 with an area of 2,466 m2, for which the District Court in Wegrow maintains land and mortgage register number KW SI1W/00055919/8.
• plot with registration number 717/9 with an area of 3,000 m2, for which the District Court in Wegrow maintains land and mortgage register number KW SI1W/00055917/4

The sale in bankruptcy proceedings is an enforcement sale. Thus, the buyer is not liable for the bankrupt's obligations.

Site visits will take place after arranging by phone with the trustee's office at 603 327 052.

Deposit

The condition for participation in the auction is the payment of a deposit of 359,200.00 PLN (three hundred fifty-nine thousand two hundred PLN 00/100) to the bank account of the bankruptcy estate Kares Swietochowscy sp. j. based in Warsaw with account number 82 1240 1503 1111 0011 2801 8429, which must be paid by October 17, 2025. The date of recognition of the funds in the bankruptcy estate's account counts.

Form of submitting offers

Offers in written form should be submitted to the trustee's office:

• in person to the trustee or
• by post to the trustee's office address or
• by email signed electronically with a qualified signature.

A proof of deposit payment must be attached to the offer.

Deadline for submitting offers

Offers must be submitted by October 17, 2025 – the date of receipt of the offer or its notification by Poczta Polska S.A. is decisive.

Deadline for opening offers

The non-public opening of offers will take place at the trustee's office on October 21, 2025. In the case of more than one offer meeting the formal conditions, the trustee may order a telephone auction. Bidders will be notified by phone about the date and form of the auction.
