To meet the housing needs of large families or individuals who require more space, we created four-room apartments of approximately 74 m2 in the second stage. These apartments feature interesting functional solutions, one of which is an additional WC.

Two-room apartments with areas from 45.9 m2 to 54.0 m2 are an ideal solution for those who value comfort and functionality. The offer includes various apartment layouts that allow for space customization to individual needs. Each apartment consists of a bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, and hallway, providing necessary comfort to residents. An additional advantage is spacious balconies or terraces.
3-room apartments
For those prioritizing freedom and comfort, we have prepared three-room apartments with areas from 62.4 m2 to 68.6 m2. The units consist of: hallway, living room with kitchenette, bathroom, and two rooms that can serve as bedrooms, an office, or a children's room.
Attention should also be paid to the multi-level apartments on the ground floor with a separate entrance from the outside. Their advantages are large green terraces, separate entrances, and a spacious and comfortable living area designed with kitchen, dining, and relaxation zones.
ADVANTAGES OF THE INVESTMENT
For each residential unit, we have provided two parking spaces in the underground garage. There is also an option to purchase spaces in individual garages and storage rooms.
