The settlement of building plots is located just 20 km from Lodz, in the charmingly situated Malanow (gm. Lutomiersk, pow. pabianicki, woj. lodzkie). The plots are covered by the local spatial development plan (areas for individual recreational development allowing for the legal construction of a house with year-round parameters, assigning an address and registering), according to which a 2-storey building can be placed on the premises, up to 7 m high, with a sloping roof with an angle of inclination from 30 to 45 degrees. Favorable provisions in the MPZP (13ML) allow for the construction of not only a building that can take a flexible area size, even up to 30% of the plot area (400 sqm!), but also does not fall under the restrictive technical conditions required for year-round residential houses. This means that you can build the simplest holiday house, which can, but does not have to, meet the standard of a year-round house. The approved MPZP in the area of the plots provides a guarantee of the immutability of the plots' designation and gives comfort of not going through the time-consuming process of obtaining building conditions, which could be invalidated over time. The MPZP gives a sense of conscious investment in real estate with desirable features. The offered plots have a functional, regular shape, close to a rectangle, with an area of 1140-1176 sqm. Direct access to the municipal road is ensured.
