We are selling our oasis of peace in Poznan in the very center of the city on Ostrow Tumski. A wooden playhouse for children - fully impregnated white and secured (no protruding nails, etc., as it was mainly played in by our youngest). A pool with non-slip boards around - capacity 8m3 with a pump, filter, set of toys for children and adults (about 110 cm deep, you can swim ;P) It heats up a lot in summer without using a heater. An impregnated white terrace with technorattan furniture (table + sofas with cushions). Lots of handmade items - garden loungers, hammocks, a large trampoline for children sunk into the ground for safety, and 2 smaller movable ones. House - Living room with a fold-out sofa, extendable table with 6 chairs (plus 6 rattan chairs from the shed, which come in handy in case of guest invasions). Septic tank - capacity 3.5m3 (5-person family - emptied once a year). The plot is in a secluded place with a new modular fence. Parking and access to the plot itself are possible.
