b) utility-garage building - 1 floor, but not higher than 5 m,
c) underground floors are allowed;
8) roof geometry:
a) for residential building - gable roofs or multi-gable roofs with symmetrical slopes, with the inclination of the main roof slopes 20º - 45º or flat roofs,
b) for utility-garage building - gable or multi-gable roofs with an inclination of up to 45°, single-pitched roofs with an inclination of up to 20° or flat roofs.
Provisions for areas marked on the plan with the symbol 1ZP/US:1. Land use - landscaped green areas and sports services.
2. The area of newly created plots not less than 2500 m².
3. Conditions for development and land use:
1) a ban on the realization of volumetric development is established;
2) permissible accompanying objects - technical infrastructure objects, small architecture objects, parking lots;
3) biologically active area - min 60% of the building plot area.
Due to the adopted MPZP, there is no need to apply to the municipality for a decision on development conditions.
Dimensions of the plot: front - 39 m, back - 55 m, left side - 97 m, right side - 56 m + 16 m + 47 m.
Utilities: electricity, gas, telephone line - in the road (Orzechowa Street); water supply planned.
The plot has
direct access to the public road.In Krosinko there is, among others, a primary school, kindergarten, grocery store, bakery. Connection with Mosina is provided by bus communication.
