To the north of Stróże, towards the Dunajec, stretches a mosaic of cultivated fields and meadows. The region where the village is located is a popular tourist center. From Stróże, in just a few minutes, you can reach Lake Czchowskie, famous for the Czchów dam, Lake Rożnowskie, or the Dunajec to take advantage of the kayaking offered there. The original building, which is the basis of the house, was built in the 1960s. However, its current shape was acquired at the turn of the millennium when it was thoroughly rebuilt. The roof was replaced, whose solid wooden structure is now covered with burnt, concrete tiles of a characteristic brown color, which perfectly matches the white facade and the original wooden cladding around the doors and windows. The snow-white facade has an additional unique element, which are embossed patterns that cover it entirely. The building, built of brick, has three floors and three entrances. The basement, which we will access through a glass orangery located in the western part of the building, has several rooms. They successfully serve as a pantry for preserves and the famous liqueurs known throughout Canada. This level also has a kitchen, whose characteristic element is a new, shiny white tiled stove, in which you can bake bread as well as smoke sausages or ribs on the grill. The hosts have also prepared a room adapted for a sauna, so if you have such a need, you can set it up here. We will access the ground floor of the building from the orangery via beech stairs. On this level, we will find a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a shower cabin, so depending on your mood, you can indulge in a long bath or a quick shower. There is also a second kitchen here, equipped with another white tiled stove. It has become the favorite room of the current owners, perhaps you will also spend the most time in it with your loved ones. Next to the kitchen is a large bedroom with a view of the garden. Another room worth mentioning is the living room equipped with a high-class fireplace and an exit to the terrace and garden. The last level of the building is the attic, which we will also access via wooden stairs, this time oak. The attic mainly serves as a sleeping area. There are three rooms, a room adapted for a kitchen or possibly another bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a large hall leading to the balcony, from which there is a panorama to the south towards the hill and forests.
These are just some of the elements that make this property, without unnecessary exaggeration, can be called exceptional. To describe all the elements in detail, I would have to create an epic, and that is not the point. However, it is worth emphasizing that the current owners have put a lot of work and heart into making this property shine as it has caught your attention.
